Managing Conguration Files
A conguration le contains CLI commands that set up the switch. The switch loads a
designated conguration le immediately after loading the system software when the software
is rebooted. You also can load a conguration le while the switch is running to change the
switch’s conguration.
When you enter CLI commands to make conguration changes, these changes are immediately
added to the device’s running conguration but are not saved to the conguration le.
