Managing Conguration Files
A conguration le contains CLI commands that set up the switch. The switch loads a
designated conguration le immediately after loading the system software when the software
is rebooted. You also can load a conguration le while the switch is running to change the
switch’s conguration.
When you enter CLI commands to make conguration changes, these changes are immediately
added to the device’s running conguration but are not saved to the conguration le.
