SIP Setting > NAT Traversal
NAT Traversal: Select Enable or Disable.
Traversal By: Select STUN or UPNP. Use STUN to prevent problems with setting the IP sharing function, but some
NAT do not support this protocol. Use UPnP to enable the VoIP telephone adapter’s IP traffic to pass
through a NAT server. This function only works when the NAT server supports UPnP and has it
enabled.
SIP NAT Keep Alive: Select Enable or Disable. Enter the time value for keep alive.
