You can add the new policies for a user by selecting the user and clicking on the

manage view button. As shown in the following figure, you need to enter

Reference Name, Desktop Protocol type and Host IP Address of the LAN

machine on which the VNC/RDP Server is running. The Protocol can be VNC if

you are configuring a Desktop link for a system on which VNC server is running

and RDP if RDP server is running on that system.

Desktop links cannot be created for the guest user (this is done for security

reasons).
