config link_aggregation algorithm
Purpose Used to configurer the link aggregation
algorithm.
Syntax config link_aggregation algorithm

Description This command configures to part of the packet
examined by the switch when selecting the
egress port for transmitting load-
sharing data.
This feature is only available using the address-
based load-sharing algorithm.
Parameters
mac_source − Indicates that the switch should
examine the MAC source address.
mac_destination − Indicates that the switch
should examin the MAC destination address.
mac_source_dest − Indicates that the switch
should examine the MAC source and
ddestination addresses
Restrictions Only administrator-level users can issue this
command.
Example Usage:
To configure link aggregation algorithm for mac-source-dest:
DES7000:4@#config link_aggregation algorithm
mac_source_dest
Command: config link_aggregation algorithm
mac_source_dest
Success.
