NOTE: Packet prioritization can be configured as either Port-

Based or 802.1p-Based. If port-based mode is selected, the

packets will be prioritized as High or Low based on port

settings.

If 802.1p-Based is selected, D-Link Easy Smart Switches will

refer to their 802.1p information for prioritization.

QoS > Storm Control

The Storm Control feature provides the ability to control the receive rate of broadcast, multicast, and

unknown unicast packets. Once a packet storm has been detected, the Switch will drop packets coming into

the Switch until the storm has subsided.
