read_only − Specifies that SNMP community
members using the community string created
with this command can only read the contents of
the MIBs on the switch.
read_write − Specifies that SNMP community
members using the community string created
with this command can read from and write to
the contents of the MIBs on the switch.
Restrictions Only administrator-level users can issue this
command.
Example usage:
To create the SNMP community string “dlink:”
DES-3226S:4#create snmp community dlink view ReadView
read_write
Command: create snmp community dlink view ReadView
read_write
Success.
