Conversion clocking is provided by either a low jitter programmable clock source or an external clock input. The clock
buffering is designed to minimize jitter and maximum acquired signal quality. See the clock discussion for more details.
A/D Front End
Front end circuitry for the A/D converters includes a 50 ohm terminated SMA input connector followed by a differential
amplifier which implements the single-ended to differential conversion and A/D drive functions. The following two figures
show the schematics for each channel.
