Configuring PCMCIA Cards

When an administrative user clicks the PCMCIA option under “Settings,” a

screen appears like the one shown in the following figure.

Figure 6-20 shows the screen’s appearance when no card has been inserted or

configured in either slot.

An administrative user can use the PCMCIA screen to insert, eject, and

configure the following types of cards:

•Modem

•ISDN

•GSM

• Ethernet (10/100BaseT and Fibre)

• Compact flash

• Wireless LAN
