Press [O.K.] softkey and “SPEAK AFTER TONE” will
appear on the display. W ait for the “Beep” and then say
clearly the word(s ) you want to record.
You will have 3 seconds for recording. You can save
your m ess age by press ing [SAVE] softkey right after you
finis hed, or your m ess age will be saved autom atically
after you hear the “Beep”.
After recording, the phone plays the recorded m essage.
W hen finis hed, press [EXIT] softkey.
If you want to re-record it, press [EDIT] softkey during
m essage playing. “SPEAK AFTER TONE” is dis played,
wait for the “beep” and then repeat the previous steps .
REVIEW ING PHONE BOOK DIRECTORY
Press [DIR.] softkey during s tandby m ode.
Press [▼ ] / [▲ ] to review the Directory in alphabetical
order. If a caller’s nam e has been recorded, it will be
played.
Tip: To quickly find a nam e and phone number, press [DIR.] in standby m ode. Key in
the first letter of the nam e, and the dis play will jump to the first record s tarting with that
letter.
