Set Up - Consult fl oor staff if assistance is required.
1. Adjust seat so hands are slightly above shoulder.
Wheelchair users: Lift detent pin and lock to the “out” position. Rotate seat outward to allow access.
2. Choose a suitable hand grip position that allows hands to start slightly above the shoulders.
Movement
1. Push handles directly upward until arms are fully straightened.
