Set Up - Consult fl oor staff if assistance is required.
1. Adjust seat height so that handles are at mid-chest.
Wheelchair users: Lift detent pin and lock to the “out” position. Rotate seat outward to allow access.
2. Choose suitable hand grip position that allows hands to fi nish in front of shoulders.
Movement
1. Push handles forward until arms are fully straightened.
