NOTE! The safety cushion offers maximum protection and comfort for your child only
when it has been correctly adjusted. Thick winter clothing must not be worn.

non dovrà indossare abbigliamento invernale di grosso spessore.
NOTE! Alternatively the safety cushion (23) can be disenganged on one side only
and folded to the other side. This will make it more easier to put your child into the
seat"
NOTA BENE! Per facilitare l’inserimento del bambino, il cuscino di sicurezza (23)
può essere sbloccato anche soltanto da un lato e ruotato lateralmente.
NOTE! The buckles must be kept free of dirt and other objects. Only clean buckles
lock audibly and securely.
NOTA BENE! Le fibbie di bloccaggio dovranno sempre essere mantenute pulite e
libere da oggetti per non comprometterne il fissaggio saldo e sonoro.
Pulling the adjustment belts (26) on the front side of the safety cushion allows you
to adjust the safety cushion (23). This should be tight but not pressing against the
child´s body.
Tirando le cinghie di regolazione (26) nella parte frontale del cuscino di sicurezza
(23) potete regolarne l’ampiezza in modo da posizionarlo sufficientemente vicino al
corpo del bambino, senza tuttavia opprimerlo.
To release the adjustment belts 26 press the release buttons of the belt adjusters
(31) and pull out the belt tonguesoof the safety cushion (23). Per allentare le cinghie di regolazione (26) premere i pulsanti di rilascio delle
cinghiette di regolazione (31) ed estrarre le linguette dal cuscino di sicurezza (23).
• Open the safety cushion (23) locking device on the seat shell (18) by pressing
the release button (27).
• Aprire il dispositivo di bloccaggio del cuscino di sicurezza (23) sulla scocca del
seggiolino (18) premendo il pulsante di rilascio (27).

SECURING BY MEANS OF THE SAFETY CUSHION ALLACCIARE IL BAMBINO CON IL CUSCINO DI SICUREZZA
Warning! To ensure the safety of your child (weighing from 9 kg to a
maximum of 18 kg), the safety cushion (23) must be used only in the
forward-facing position.
Attenzione! Per garantire la sicurezza del bambino di peso compreso
tra i 9 e i 18 kg il cuscino di sicurezza (23) dovrà essere utilizzato
SOLTANTO nella posizione verso il senso di marcia.

After adjusting the headrest (9) and the safety cushion (23), put your child into the
seat shell (18).
• Put the metal tongue (24) of the safety cushion into the corresponding buckle
and make sure that the buckle locks into place with an audible „CLICK“.
• Pull on the safety cushion (23) to check whether it has locked into place correctly.
• Tighten the safety cushion (23) by pulling backwards on the two belt ends (26).
The safety cushion is correctly tightened when it's just possible to push the hand
in between the child and cushion.
Dopo la corretta regolazione del poggiatesta (9) e del cuscino di sicurezza (23),
accomodare il bambino nella scocca (18).
• Inserire la linguetta metallica (24) del cuscino di sicurezza nell’apposita fibbia fino
a sentire un sonoro "click", che ne assicura il corretto fissaggio.
• Verificare, esercitando un’adeguata trazione verso l’esterno, che il cuscino sia
stato correttamente fissato in posizione.
• Stringere il cuscino (23) tirando all'indietro le due estremità delle cinghie (26). La
regolazione corretta deve permettere solo il passaggio della mano tra il corpo del
bambino ed il cuscino.
