If the driver is running properly, set the start type to Automatic in the device manager:
To access the Automatic setting for the driver:
1. Navigate to:
START > Settings > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager
2. Click the View menu and enable Show hidden devices

3. Select Non-Plug and Play Drivers in the driver‟s tree.
