1. Use the DOWN button to reduce the brightness

2. Use the UP key to increase the brightness.

Contrast

1. Press the MENU button, then select CONTRAST

2. Use the DOWN button to reduce the screen contrast

3. Use the UP button to increase the screen contrast.
