3. In the Annotate Mark dialog, type the text you want to record with the mark location in
the file and click OK. You can’t add another mark until you click OK.
If you don’t want to be prompted with the Annotate Mark dialog when you click Add
a Mark, the next time the dialog appears, check Don’t show this dialog and click OK.
If you have previously checked this box, and you now want to have the dialog displayed
again, choose the device menu Settings > Add Marker Options > Show Annotation
Dialog to toggle on the display of the Annotate Mark dialog.
Including User-Specified Information in the Log File
Operator, Tool, Station, and Comment are text fields you can use to record your own
information in each log file. You can fill in any text information you want in these fields.
To include user-specified information for logging:
1. Choose the Settings > Station Information menu item.
The Set Station Information dialog is displayed, as shown in Figure 3.11.

2. Type your text into the Operator, Tool, Station, and Comment text fields.
3. To accept the changes and close the dialog, click OK.
