1. Click Next > and the wizard automatically completes the link installation.

Link Device Drivers
If the Link Device drivers do not install correctly, you can manually install them by navigating
to the Drivers folder when the WaferSenseInstaller.exe completes installation. Navigate to
your local disk and follow (C:\Program Files (x86)\CyberOptics\WaferSense\Drivers\FTDI)
and click DPInst_x64.exe to run the Link Device Installer.
2. Click Finish to close the Link Device Install Wizard
