2.3.13.1 Upgrade the Firmware

GENERAL ALERT

Caution

To upload the firmware from your computer:

1. Retrieve the latest V2 Speaker firmware from the VoIP V2 Speaker Do

wnloads page at:

http://www.cyberdata.net/products/voip/digitalanalog/ceilingspkr2/downloads.html

2. Unzip the V2 Speaker version file. This file may contain the following:

• Firmware file

• Release notes

3. Log in to the V2 Speaker home page as instructed in Section 2.3.3, "Log in to the Configuration

Home Page".

When upgrading to firmware version 6.x.x from version 5.x.x or earlier, your

device configuration settings will be lost because the way that the device stores

the configuration settings is different in version 6.x.x.
