4. Click the Update Firmware button to open the Upgrade Firmware page. See Figure 2-14.

5. Click Browse, and then navigate to the location of the Singlewire-enabled Speaker firmware
file.
6. Click Submit.
Note This starts the upload process. Once the Singlewire-enabled Speaker has uploaded the file,
the Uploading Firmware countdown page appears, indicating that the firmware is being
written to flash. The Singlewire-enabled Speaker will automatically reboot when the upload
is complete. When the countdown finishes, the Upgrade Firmware page will refresh. The
uploaded firmware filename should be displayed in the system configuration (indicating
successful upload and reboot).
Note The way that the integrity of the configuration file is validated has changed. There is no
problem with updating the firmware but if you downgrade (or downgrade, make some
changes, and then upgrade again) the device may think that the configuration is corrupt
and restore defaults.
