2. On the Multicast Configuration page, enter values for the parameters indicated in Table 2-8.
3. After changing the parameters, click on the Save button.
2.4.7.1 Assigning Priority
When playing a multicast stream, all other audio will be preempted as the multicast group is
considered an emergency group.
Note SIP calls, multicast streams, ring tones, ringback tones, and nightring tones are all
prioritized.
Ringtones and
Nightringtones
Ringtones all play at the same priority level. This means that it is possible to have a nightring tone
and a normal ringtone playing at the same time.

The priority is fixed as "Emergency" and it is the only group
that is available on this device.
Address Enter the multicast IP Address for this multicast group (15
character limit).
Port (range can be from 2000 to 65535) Enter the port number for this multicast group (5 character
limit).
Note: The multicast ports have to be even values. The
webpage will enforce this restriction.
Multicast Group Name Assign a descriptive name for this multicast group (25
character limit).
Click the Save button to save your configuration settings.
Note: You need to reboot for changes to take effect.
Click on the Reboot button to reboot the system.
