OZONE/MAZZEI AFTER-MARKET

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Verify that ALL electrical power is disconnected to spa!

Lower spa water level to bottom of skimmer opening!

Remove the three front cabinet panels to expose pump(s)

and power pack.

Locate clear 3⁄4” pvc line that is located near the top of the

spa with a “FLOW” indicator label affixed. See Figure 1.

Cut this line to the length indicated to install

Ozone/Mazzei venturi injector. See Figure 2A & 2B

Make certain that the direction arrow on the venturi injec-

tor matches the direction arrow on the label affixed to the

clear pvc tubing in Figure 3

OZONE/MAZZEI AFTER-MARKET INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS CONTINUED Figure 4A 7 Glue and clamp (ie: Ideal) the Ozone/Mazzei injector (4A & 4B) 8 Install ozone generator by screwing it to the closest upright (4C), and attach check valve (4D) to the 1/4” clear tubing from the generator to the Ozone/Mazzei injector, making sure the flow arrow on the check valve is pointing towards your Mazzei injector.
