The Zephyr
™
 comes with a positive snap-lock feature 
which eliminates the need for screws to hold the 
Header in place. Spread the Header sides slightly as 
you pull it down onto the Wall Jambs and it snaps 
and locks in place. You should be able to hear and 
feel when it solidly locks in place (See Figure 5b).
Step 6  Attaching the Clamp Assembly
A.  Locate the Outside Door Panel. 
B.  Locate two of the four pre-assembled Clamp 
Assemblies, each consisting of T-Bracket Housing, 
L-Bracket, Adjustable Cam, Bushing, Cam Cover 
and five screws (See Figure 6).

C.  Locate two of the four Gaskets.
Note: There are two Glass thicknesses available, 1/4” 
(6mm) or 5/16” (8mm). If you purchased 5/16” (8mm) 
Glass locate the 5/16” (8mm) package that includes 
the thinner Gaskets and Center Guide to be used with 
your unit.
B.  Remove the Cam Cover from one pre-assembled 
Clamp Assembly by loosening the screw. Keep the 
screw with the Cam Cover and put them aside 
together.
C.  Remove the Adjustable Cam with Bushing, 
and insert the Bushing into one of the holes in the 
Outside Panel.
