Tool checklist (included): • Step 1 A. Before you remove the existing enclosure and all its parts, check that your newly purchased enclosure is the correct size (See Figure 1). 2-Pin Cam Wrench Tool checklist (not included): • Phillips screwdriver • Level • Electric drill • 1/8” drill bit (for fiberglass stall) • 3/16” masonry drill bit (for tile stall) • Pencil • Fine metal file Preparing your opening KNOW YOUR WIDTH 1. Measure the finished opening width at top (a) and bottom (b).
Step 2 E. Locate the Panel Glide Strip (See Figure 2). Using the wire cutters, cut it 3/4” shorter than the Curb. Re-install the Panel Glide Strip into the Curb so that the ends of Panel Glide Strip are evenly spaced at each end of the Curb. Installing the Curb Note: If your tub/shower enclosure has a curve in the corners at the side walls, be sure to measure the distance from wall to wall ABOVE the curves. F. Cut two pieces of painter’s tape 12” long.
C. Use a pencil to mark the position of each of the three pre-drilled holes in the left Wall Jamb. Set the Wall Jamb aside for the moment. Step 5 A. Using the tape measure, measure the distance between the top of the left Wall Jamb and the top of the right Wall Jamb. (Remember, the width at the bottom of the enclosure may NOT be the same as the width of the top of the enclosure because walls may not be plumb and square). D.

Locate the Outside Door Panel. D. Attaching the Header to the Wall Jamb B. Locate two of the four pre-assembled Clamp Assemblies, each consisting of T-Bracket Housing, L-Bracket, Adjustable Cam, Bushing, Cam Cover and five screws (See Figure 6).
D. Repeat with the second Clamp Assembly, and insert the second Bushing into the other hole in the Outside Panel. I. Using the 2-Pin Cam Wrench, turn the Adjustable Cam until it clicks into place inside the Door Panel. J. Once the Adjustable Cam has clicked into place, use the Cam Wrench to turn it in increments to adjust the level of the Door Panel. Note: You can adjust the alignment further using the Adjustable Cam and Cam Wrench in Step 7G after the Door Panel is hung. E.
Step 7 Installing the Door Panels Header (#1) Installing the Door Panels may be easier if you have someone assisting you. Always wear gloves and safety glasses whenever handling glass. Outside enclosure Note: Take extra care in handling the Glass Panels. DO NOT allow the corners of the Panels to strike the tub/tile, each other, any hard surface, wall or floor, as these actions may cause damage and the tempered glass will shatter. Keep the corner protectors on the Glass during installation.
Step 8 Installing the Center Guide D. Press the Center Guide onto the Curb and lock it into position by pressing firmly on the back edge of the Center Guide as shown in Figure 11b. You should feel it lock into place. If the Center Guide doesn’t lock into position easily, it may be necessary to press firmly on one end to start the process and work along the back of the Center Guide in order to lock it into place (See Figure 11c).
Step 9 Adjusting the Door Panels Shower head on the left A. Loosen the Adjustable Cam screw on the side of a Door Panel that will need to be raised to make the Door Panel level. B. Use the Cam Wrench to turn the Adjustable Cams on each Clamp Assembly until both Door Panels are level. C. After adjusting, retighten each Adjustable Cam screw using an allen wrench through the Cam Wrench. Shower head on the right D. Re-attach the Cam Cover over each of the four Adjustable Cam using a Cam Cover screw. E.

C. Installing the Knob and Recessed Finger Pull on the Inside Door Panel F. D. Locate the Knob and Recessed Finger Pull. Refer to Figure 12 to help identify the parts. Installing the End Cap and Recessed Finger Pull on the Inside Door Panel 1. Ensure that the Knob is installed correctly (See Figure 13). Gently slide both Door Panels to the wall with the shower head. Now slide the Inside Door Panel 5-6” toward the opposite wall. This will give you clearance to perform the next step. 1.
Step 12 Cleaning the Door Panels If your unit has the benefit of CwShield™ Protective Coating, following the detailed maintenance instructions below will ensure many years of satisfaction. • After each use: Use a small plastic bowl or pitcher (a handheld shower sprayer will also work) to carefully pour clean water along the top edge of the Glass in a stream as you move across the Panel, being careful not to pour the water out through any gaps that may exist in the enclosure.
