Step 9 Installing the Outside Door
A. Attaching the Outside Panel Hanger Assembly
1. Insert Cam Bushings into the hole at the top
of the Outside Glass Panel.
Note: There are two Glass thicknesses available; 1/4”
(6mm) or 5/16” (8mm). If you purchased 5/16” (8mm)
Glass locate the 5/16” (8mm) package that includes
the thinner Gaskets to be used with your unit.
2. Place a Gasket over the end of one Adjustable
Cam and insert the Cam through the hole
(See Figure 14).
Note: Make sure the Adjustable Cam is on the
smooth side of the Outside Door Panel.
3. Place another Gasket on the Outside Panel
Hanger Bracket and attach the Outside Panel
Hanger Bracket to the Adjustable Cam through
the Outside Door Panel (See Figure 14).
4. Insert the #10 - 32” x 3/4” HFH Screw through
the Adjustable Cam and tighten with the Hex
Key. Do not over tighten.
5. Repeat Step 9A 1-4 with second Outside
Panel Hanger Assembly through the other hole
at the top of the Outside Panel.

E. Slide the Center Guide under the Door Panel.
Center the Center Guide on the pencil mark you
made (See Figure 13b). Press the Center Guide onto
the Curb and lock it into position by pressing firmly
on the back edge of the Center Guide as shown in
Figure 13c. You should feel it lock into place. If the
Center Guide does not lock into position easily, it
may be necessary to press firmly on one end to
start the process and work along the back of the
Center Guide in order to lock it into place.
