[Name] Small character printing.

[Description] The printer prints in small characters (normal)
[Notes] • The commands from $00 to $09 do not cancel the print buffer
• The commands which modify the direction of the characters are only active at the begin-
ning of the line
[Default] Setting in option register by means of front keys
