[Description] Enables graphic mode:
a line in 24 column mode corresponds to 144 horizontal dots divided into 24 blocks of 6
dots each; a line in 40 column mode corresponds to 240 horizontal dots divided into 40
blocks of 6 dots each.
[Notes] To obtain graphic printing, enter the command $11 at the beginning of each line. The
format of the byte in graphic configuration is:
X R P6 P5 P4 P3 P2 P1
D7 D6 D5 D4 D3 D2 D1 D0
where:
X is not used (0 is recommended);
R must be fixed at level 1;
P1,.P6 are the graphic dot data (1 prints, 0 does not print).
The P6 bit of the string of dots transmitted is printed on the left and the others follow from
left to right (P5, P4, P3, P2, P1) as shown:

To print an empty line, transmit:
