3 Product Description
The no-mix, no-mess alternative to traditional grout. The sanded,
shrink and crack-resistant formula is also resistant to common
household stains. Ideal for grout restoration.

Limitations to the Product
Porous stone can be stained by grout; follow directions in Surface
Preparation.
Do not use in steam rooms, areas exposed to prolonged water
exposure or underwater.
Some ceramic, glass, marble or stone tiles can be scratched or
damaged by the quartz sand filler. Perform a test on a small area prior
to use.
Not for use in movement joints or changes of plane in the tile
installation. In these areas us an appropriate caulk or sealant such
as Commercial 100% Silicone Caulk or Polyblend®CeramicTileCaulk.

General Surface Prep
USE CHEMICAL-RESISTANT GLOVES, such as nitrile, when
handling product.
Tile must be firmly attached and cured prior to grouting; please wait at
least 24 hours for any dry set mortar meeting ANSI A118.4 standards,
and at least 48 hours when using pre-mixed adhesives. Remove
spacers and any loose materials from joints. Pre-sealing porous tile or
stonewithanappropriateTileLab®orAquaMix®sealermaybe
necessary to prevent grout staining. Surfaces and materials should be
maintainedatatemperatureabove50°F(10°C)orbelow100°F
(38°C)for72hours.
Application of Product
Stir grout prior to application. Lightly dampen absorptive, porous tile
withclean,coolwater.Holdingarubbergroutfloatata45°angle,
force grout diagonally into joints ensuring joints are completely filled.
Removeexcessgroutusingedgeoffloatheldata90°angle.Workon
an area about 5 to 10 square feet at a time. Shaping joints and
cleanup must begin immediately using a damp, small pore, grout
sponge in a circular motion. Use clean water and sponge, changing
water frequently. Wait 4 hours before removing haze from tile surface
with a soft, dry cloth. If a haze still exists after 24 hours, remove it
withTileLab®HeavyDutyStripper&Cleaner.Donotgroutwhen
temperatureisbelow50°F(10°C).
For rejuvenating old grout:
CleanoldgroutjointsthoroughlywithTileLab®SulfamicAcidCleaner
orAquaMix®SulfamicAcidCrystals,followinginstructionsonproduct
data sheets and packaging. Allow grout joints to dry overnight. Apply
new grout on top of old grout according to application instructions.
Allow it to dry for two hours and then remove any haze remaining on
the surface with a soft, dry cloth.
