4.1 DESCRIPTION OF THE FIRST-AID MEASURES
ROUTES OF EXPOSURE
DESCRIPTION
Eye Contact:
In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at
least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to
do. Get medical attention immediately.
Skin Contact:
In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of soap and
water. For minor skin contact, avoid spreading material on
unaffected skin. If skin irritation or rash occurs: get medical
attention/advice. Take off contaminated clothing and wash before
reuse.
Inhalation:
If breathing is difficult, remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in
a position comfortable for breathing. Get medical advice/attention if
you feel unwell.
Ingestion:
If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting unless directed to do so by
medical personnel. Never give anything by mouth to an
unconscious person. Get medical advice/attention.
4.2 MOST IMPORTANT SYMPTOMS/EFFECTS, ACUTE AND DELAYED

DESCRIPTION
Eye Contact:
Causes eye irritation. Symptoms may include discomfort or pain,
excess blinking and tear production, with marked redness and
swelling of the conjunctiva.
Skin Contact:
Causes skin irritation. Handling can cause dry skin, discomfort,
irritation, and dermatitis. May cause an allergic skin reaction.
Inhalation:
May cause respiratory tract irritation. Prolonged exposure may
cause chronic effects.
Ingestion:
May be harmful if swallowed. Ingestion may cause discomfort
and/or distress, nausea or vomiting.
4.3 INDICATION OF IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION AND SPECIAL TREATMENT NEEDED
Note to Physicians: Symptoms may not appear immediately.
Specific Treatments: In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice
immediately (show the label or SDS where possible).
