INSTALLATION / SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Step 1 Locate the lower dash to both the left and right of the steering wheel. Pull toward the rear of the vehicle and down to remove the lower dash (A), taking care not to damage the lower dash. Step 2 Under the removed lower dash, located the four 10mm bolts that are securing the metal bracket panel in place (B). Remove the bolts and the metal bracket panel.
