harness will function properly. Once installed, test for proper

function by following the brake control unit instruction manual.

INSTALLATION / SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Step 7 Remove any foam padding on the connector. Step 1 Open the driver-side door. Locate and remove the side trim panel from the dash to gain access to the bolt securing the lower dash panel in place (A,B). Step 8 Insert the connector on the CURT brake control harness into the vehicle connector. Make sure the connector is fully inserted with locking tabs in place. Step 2 Underneath the dash, locate the two bolts securing the lower dash panel in place (C,D).
