JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE
1. Remove felt liner under the dash by
removing two plastic fasteners holding it in
place (A). Under the felt liner locate the
vehicle’s electric brake control harness
connector. The connector will be located
underneath the dash and left of the
steering column, attached to the top of a
junction box (B).
2. Plug the brake control adapter into the
vehicle’s electric brake controller connector.
Attach the wires from the adapter to the
corresponding wires on the electric brake
control, following the brake control
manufacturer's installation instructions.
3. Complete the installation per the electric
brake control manufacturer’s instructions
and mount the unit as directed. Perform
test procedures as instructed.
