1. Remove plug from center of bumper step and insert 3/4" bolt.

Save plug for reinstallation in Step 4.

2. Place 13419-NPWA on top of vehicle safety chain loop

with weld nuts on top.

3. Raise hitch into position and loosely secure with 3/4"

bolt followed by 1/2" bolt and conical tooth washer.

4 Torque 3/4" hardware to 320 lb-ft and 1/2" hardware

to 110 lb-ft. Reinstall plug removed in Step 1.
