1. Remove tie down brackets bolted on to rear frame rails (four 10mm screws each).
2. Raise hitch into position and mark area of exhaust heat shield to be trimmed for hitch clearance. It may be
necessary to temporarily lower exhaust by removing three bolts connecting exhaust hanger to car's frame.
Lower hitch and trim heat shield.
3. Place hitch on car and fasten as shown.
4. Torque all hardware to 48 lb.-ft.
