HOW TO CHECK BATTERY VOLTAGE VIA THE
CHARGER (XLR) PORT
Using a multimeter set to vDC (see instructions provided by
multimeter manufacturer) insert the Red (positive) probe into
hole #1 and the Black (negative) probe into hole #2.
If you get a negative value (i.e. -26.2v) you simply have the
probes reversed.
For a 24v battery pack (regardless of the type of battery) a
reading of above 26v indicates that the batteries are full.
HOW TO CHECK BATTERY VOLTAGE VIA THE
CHARGER (2V1H OR 3V) PORT
Using a multimeter set to vDC (see instructions provided by
multimeter manufacturer) carefully touch the Red (positive)
probe to the #1 pin and the Black (negative) probe to the #2
pin.
If you get a negative value (i.e. -26.2v) you simply have the
probes reversed.
For a 24v battery pack (regardless of the type of battery) a
reading of above 26v indicates that the batteries are full.
For a 36v battery pack (regardless of the type of battery) a
reading of above 38v indicates that the batteries are full.
