REAR WHEEL & DRIVE ASSEMBLY
REMOVAL
500DD, 750DD AND 1000DD SERIES
SCOOTERS
1. Turn the power switch to the
“OFF” position.
2. Remove and disconnect the
battery pack.
3. Disconnect the motor connector
(located in the battery tray
compartment).
4. Loosen and remove the torque
arm mounting bolts (Ref Photo
A).
5. Loosen and remove the left
and right bearing cap bolts (Ref
Photo B & C)
6. The rear wheel with the Direct
Drive gearbox can now be
removed from the rear of the
frame.
