Premium Vinyl
Ideal for Latex-Free Environments
Today’s improved vinyl synthetic gloves are a cost-effective,
latex-free alternative well suited to the majority of clinical
applications. Except for a few instances that call for specialty
gloves (e.g., chemotherapy gloves in Oncology), stretch vinyl
gloves are an excellent choice for economical latex-free
barrier protection.
Three Generations... What’s the Difference?
First: traditional vinyl material containing PVC resin
and plasticizers.
Second: stretch vinyl material with softer PVC resins for
better fit, feel, and performance.
Third: stretch vinyl material containing ultra-high-
molecular-weight resins and special softening and
strengthening agents; offers strength, comfort, and
barrier protection other vinyl gloves cannot.
Comparing performance:
These charts show how tensile strength and elongation
improve with each successive generation.
