Please take a close look at all the parts described in the following section before
assembling and using your Deluxe Popcorn Trolley.
Deluxe Popcorn Trolley Assembly Parts
A. Popcorn Unit x 1 pce

E. Trolley / Side Frame Bars x 2 pces
F. Trolley / A-Frame x 1 pce

K. Storage Unit x 1 pce
L. Popcorn Scoop, Measuring Cup & Spoon x 1 pce each
M. 60 Watt R20 Light Bulb
N. Salt Shaker x 1 pce
O. Waste Tray x 1 pce
Parts x 1 box:
- (Package A) 8 Bolts - 8 Nuts - 8 Washers
- (Package B) 8 Bolts - 4 Washers.
- (Package C) 2 Shaft Nuts - 2 Shaft Caps
- (Package D) 2 Wrenches
Assembly Instructions:
1. In Package B use 2 Bolts & 2 Washers to connect TROLLEY A-FRAME (F) to the 2 TROLLEY
SIDE FRAME BARS
(E).
2. Connect the completed above parts (Point 1) to
TROLLEY SQUARE FRAME (G) by using 2 Bolts
& 2 Washers
from Package B.
3. Insert
WHEEL SHAFT (H) into bottom bar of TROLLEY SQUARE FRAME, insert WHEELS (I) on
each side and attach
Shaft Nuts on each end from Package C. Cover WHEEL SHAFT tips with -
Shaft Caps (Package C) using Wrenches provided (Package D). NOTE: WHEELSHAFT IS
INSERTED IN STYROFOAM PACKAGING (see picture xxx). Be CAREFUL not to discard when
unpacking box
.
4. Assemble
STORAGE UNIT (J) to completed Trolley Frame sections. Turn STORAGE UNIT upside
down for easier assembly. Screw
4 Bolts (Package B) in place between STORAGE UNIT,
TROLLEY A-FRAME & TROLLEY SQUARE FRAME.
5. Turn completed section back to upright position. Install
TROLLEY HANDLE (D) to the STORAGE
UNIT
by using 4 Bolts, 4 Washers & 4 Nuts
from Package A. Make sure TROLLEY
HANDLE
is installed on the opposite side of
WHEELS.
6. Install
SIDE SHELF (C) to STORAGE UNIT
using 4 Bolts, 4 Washers & 4 Nuts from
Package A.
7. Place the
POPCORN UNIT (A) on top of
STORAGE UNIT, making sure doors from
POPCORN UNIT & STORAGE UNIT are
facing same side.
8. Secure
POPCORN UNIT to STORAGE UNIT
by locking in place the 4 Spring activated
LOCKING PINS located inside the top part
of the STORAGE UNIT (see picture xxx)
CAUTION: Make sure POPCORN UNIT is
fully locked in position
to the STORAGE
UNIT BEFORE
moving Popcorn Trolley.
Failure to do so could damage or break
Popcorn Unit and cause injuries.
9. Attach the POPPING KETTLE (B) to the
KETTLE HOOKS inside the POPCORN UNIT
with POPPING KETTLE Handle on the same
side as
POPCORN UNIT Door. Ensure
POPPING KETTLE Hook Pins are well
seated in the
KETTLE HOOKS with
POPPING KETTLE Post well inserted into the gear mechanism in the inner top part of the
POPCORN UNIT.
10. Insert the
POPPING Kettle's electrical power plug to the electrical socket located in the inner top
part of POPCORN UNIT.
11. Plug the external power cord of the Popcorn Unit into an electric wall outlet. You are now ready to
make the
BEST, MOST DELICIOUS, FRESHEST HOT Popcorn you've ever tasted !
A unique feature of your Deluxe Popcorn Trolley is it converts to a
TABLETOP MODEL in a flash:
- With
POPCORN UNIT fully cooled down, open STORAGE UNIT door and release the locking
mechanism by pulling on the 4 Spring activated
LOCKING PINS and turning them in UNLOCK
position. CAREFULLY lift POPCORN UNIT, making sure the 4 Locking Pins are unlocked and place
on a
flat, stable and solid surface, away from heat, fire or flame (Popcorn Unit has 4 convenient
rubber foot pegs).
