The Gobbler
Makes 2 sandwiches
4 slices white bread
150g sliced turkey
1 tsp mayonnaise
55g prepared stuffing
1 tbsp cranberry sauce
1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
n Pre-heat the sandwich maker to high.
n Lay two slices of bread on a work surface. Place 75g of turkey on each
slice of bread and top each with ½ tsp of mayonnaise and 2 tbsp of
stuffing.
n Top each sandwich evenly with cranberry sauce.
n Place remaining bread on top of sandwiches and lightly brush tops
with melted butter.
n Once green indicator is on, place sandwiches onto heated sandwich
plates and close.
n Toast sandwiches for approximately 4 to 5 minutes, until bread is
evenly golden and toasted.
n Cut sandwiches along the perforated edge and serve.
