Chicken and Vegetable Panini
Serves 4

Selector: Grill/Panini
4 Panini rolls
400g cooked chicken
300g ready marinated and roasted vegetables
100g mozzarella, grated
25g butter
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
ß Preheat the grill plates on High.
ß Open each Panini and butter. Divide the remaining ingredients evenly between each Panini and layer,
starting with the chicken, then vegetables and nally sprinkle with the cheese.
ß Season with salt and pepper and close each Panini.
ß Place the sandwiches on the lower grill plate. Close the lid, pressing lightly for 30 seconds and bake for
3-4 minutes or until the bread is golden and crispy and the cheese has melted.
ß Serve hot.
