Mixtheyeastin10clwarmmilk.
Pour the our into a bowl, make a well and pour in the yeast
mixture.Mixandletthedoughrisefor1hourinawarmplace.
Addthesugarandeggs,andthenmixwithaspatula.
Meltthebutterwiththeremainingmilk.
Coolandaddthismixturetothedoughalittleatatimeandmix
untilthedoughissmooth.Coverwithaclothandletitrisefor1
hour until the dough has doubled.
Select the mode
by turning the central button to the right.
Then, using the right button, set the temperature to 230°C.
Grease the plates lightly and pour enough dough onto the plates.
Spreadthedough.Closethegrillandpressdownonthehandle.
Allowthewafestobrown,andthenremove.
Sprinkleimmediatelywithicingsugarandeatwarm.

• 1⁄4teaspoonbicarbonateofsoda
• 1⁄4teaspoonpowderedcinnamon
• 25clsemi-skinnedmilk
• 2eggs
• 1tablespoonvanillaextract
• 60gmeltedbutter
• 75gchocolatenelygrated
• 60gwalnutsorpecannuts
Mixtheour,sugar,cocoa,bakingpowder,soda,saltandcinnamon
inabowl.
Add milk, egg and vanilla. Mix again to a smooth consistency.
Gradually blend in the melted butter.
Coverwithaclothandletrisefor1hour.
Gentlymixinthenutsandthegratedchocolate.
Select the mode by turning the central button to the right.
Then, using the right button, set the temperature to 230°C.
Grease the plates lightly and pour enough dough onto the plates.
Spreadthedoughslightly.Closethegrillandpressdownonthe
handle.
Allowthewafestobrown,andthenremove.
Sprinkleimmediatelywithicingsugarandeatwarm.
