Operation Manual

• Do not place the appliance on or near a hot appliance. Do not use
on heat sensitive surfaces or near inammable materials.
• Do not put anything on the grill when it is on.
• Leave enough space between the grill and the walls or furniture.
Do not place the grill below wall-mounted kitchen elements.
• Do not let cord hang over the edge of the work surface and do not
let it touch hot surfaces.
• Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.
• Always unplug the appliance after use and before cleaning. Never
leave the appliance unattended when plugged in. Pull on the
plug to unplug, never on the cord.
• Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is being used
near children. Store out of reach of children. Do not let children
use the grill.
• The grill should not be used with an external timer or with a
separate remote control system
• Do not use the appliance if it has fallen or if it appears damaged.
• Stop using the machine immediately if the cord is damaged.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualied persons in
order to avoid a hazard.
• Do not try to repair the appliance yourself.
• Using any accessories not recommended or sold by Cuisinart®
may cause a re, electrocution and risk of injury.
• This unit is not intended for use by people (including children)
whose physical, sensory or mental capacities are reduced, or
by persons who lack experience or knowledge, unless they are
supervised or have been given instructions beforehand on the use
of the unit by a person responsible for their safety. Children should
be supervised to make sure they do not use the unit as a toy.

(safety of domestic electrical equipment).

• 300gour
• 3eggs
• 100gbutter
• 20ghoney
• 2pinchessalt
• 1⁄2teaspoonpowderedcinnamon
• 1⁄2teaspoonbicarbonateofsoda
• Icingsugar
Inabowl,mixtheyeastwithwarmmilkandaddtheour.Letthe
doughriseforanhour.Separatetheeggwhitesfromtheyolks.Set
aside.
Meltthebutterandpourontothedoughandmixlightly.
Add the egg yolks, honey, sugar, a pinch of salt, the soda and the
cinnamon.
Mixuntilthedoughissmooth.
Beattheeggwhitesuntilstiffandgentlyfoldintothedough.
Coverwithaclothandallowtostandfor1hour.
Select the mode
by turning the central button to the right.
Then, using the right button, set the temperature to 230°C.
Lightly grease the plates and pour enough of the dough onto the
plates.
Spread the dough. Close the grill and press on the handle.
Allowthewafestobrown,andthenremove.
Sprinkleimmediatelywithicingsugarandeatwarm.
