Easy to Use
1. Place sharpener on counter with handle extended – silicone base prevents
unit from slipping.
2. Lift cover to expose 3 sharpening slots.
3. Grip the handle firmly and press down.
4. Place wide end (heel) of the knife blade into the appropriate slot.
5. Using even pressure, pull the knife backward through slot, from heel to tip,
in one smooth motion. Repeat as needed.
6. Carefully wipe blade clean with a soft cloth or paper towel.
Use and Care
Hand-wash for best results. Close cover and fold in handle for safe,
compact storage.
