Problem Checklist
Corrective Action 
The water has bad taste 
and/or odor. 
•Was the product left idle for a long time? 
•Do you need to replace the filters? 
Water cannot be 
dispensed. 
•Is there an issue with the flow of tap water? 
•Do you think there is a problem with the 
Water Faucet lever? 
•Is it time to replace the filter? 
•Was the product installed very recently? 
Was the product left unused for a long 
period of time? 
TROUBLESHOOTING
•Drain the water from the water storage tank, and 
refill the tank. 
•Contact Customer Service for filter replacement. 
•Open the source water supply valve. 
•Make sure to check if the water supply hose 
is not bent. 
•Check if the water is not shut off. 
•Contact Customer Service to replace Water 
Faucet. 
•Request the consumer center for a filter 
replacement. 
•In order to release the air that has built up in the 
product’s tubing, open the Faucet Valve or remove 
and reassemble the tubing that is connected to the 
Water Storage Tank.
