4. Remove cotter pin from hooked end of control
rod at indicator bracket. See Figure 3-116.
5. Remove roll pin from indicator bracket. See
Figure 3-117.
6. Remove shift cover by removing two self-tap-
ping screws and flat washers. See Figure 3-
118.
7. Cut the cable tie holding the throttle control
cable at shifting shaft in top of chain case. See
Figure 3-119.
