D. ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT
a. Air Conditioner System
(1) Battery
(2) Slow Blow Fuse
(3) Main Switch
(4) Compressor Relay
(5) Compressor
The above figure shows the circuit composing the air
conditioning system.
The magnetic clutch of the compressor is operated by
the following order.
(6) Pressure Switch
(7) A/C Blower Switch
(8) Ass’y Air-Conditional
(9) Blower Motor
(10) Thermostat
Main Switch (3) ON → A/C Blower Switch (7) ON (Low,
Medium, High) → Blower Motor (9) ON → Thermostat
(10) ON (if the temperature of thermostat is less than 4
°C (39.2 °F), Pressure Switch (6) OFF to cut the mag-
netic clutch of the compressor) → Pressure Switch (6)
ON → A/C relay (4) ON → Compressor (5) ON (Mag-
netic Clutch ON in the compressor).
