1. Readthisownersmanualbeforeattemptingtoassembleoroperatethecart.
2. Readthevehicleownersmanualandknowhowtooperateyourtractor,beforeusingthecartattachment.
3. Donotatanytimecarrypassengersinthiscart.Ithasnotbeendesignedtocarrypassengers.
4. Neverallowchildrentooperatethetractororthecartattachment.
5. Donotallowadultstooperatethetractororcartattachmentwithoutproperinstructions.
6. Alwaysbeginwiththetransmissioninrst(low)andgraduallyincreasespeedasconditionspermit.
7. Towthecartatreducedspeedoverroughterrainandhillsidesornearcreeksandditchestopreventtippingoverand
lossofcontrol.Donotdrivetooclosetoacreekorditch.
8. Vehiclebrakingandstabilitymaybeaffectedwiththeattachmentofthiscart.Donotllcarttomaximumweightcapacity
withoutcheckingthecapabilityofthetowingvehicletosafelypullandstopwiththecartattached.
9. Beforeoperatingvehicleonanygrade(hill)refertothesafetyrulesinthevehicleowner’smanualconcerningsafeopera-
tiononslopes.Referalsototheslopeguideonpage7ofthismanual.Stay off steep slopes!

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
4. (Figure 3) Assemblethehitchbrackettothetongue
usingtwohexbolts(C)andhexnuts(I).Tighten.
5. (Figure 3) Assemble the hitch pin (L) through the
tongueandhitchbracketandsecureitwith the hair
cotter pin (J).
6. (Figure 4) Laythetongue(opensidefacingup)onto
thewheelsupport.Assembletheaxlethroughthewheel
supportandthetongue.
7. (Figure 5) Assembleanaxleclip(N),awasher(E),
a wheel withthe valve stem facingout, and another
washer(E)ontotheaxle.Securetheminplacewitha
1/8”x1-1/4”cotterpin(K).Repeatforotherwheel.
8. (Figure 6) Assemblethelatchstandplateandthelatch
standbracketatthefrontofthetrayusingfourhexbolts
(A)andhexnuts(F).Thealigningtabonthebottomof
thelatchstandbracketmustbetowardstherearofthe
cart. Tighten.
9. (Figure 7) Placethetrayontothewheelsupportand
positionitsothatthelatchstandbracketlocksintothe
latchlocklever.Fastenthetraytothewheelsupport
usingeighthexbolts(B)andhexnuts(G).Tighten.

(2) 1/2”Wrench
(2) 9/16”Wrenches
1. Verifythatallpartsandallfasteners(shownfullsize)on
page2areincludedinthecartonandpartsbag.Refer
to page 2 to identify fasteners used in the following
instructions.
2. (Figure 1) Placethelatchlockleverthroughtheslot
inthetongue.Assemblethehexbolt(D)throughthe
tongue,thelever,andtwohexnuts(H)placedoneach
sideofthelever.Assemblethehexnut(G)ontothe
endof the hex bolt (D)and tighten sothat the hex
bolt(D)canstillrotatefreely.Tightenthetwohexnuts
(H)againsteachsideoftheleversothattheleveris
centeredintheslot.
3. (Figure 2) Hooktheshortendofthespring(M)into
theholeinthelatchlocklever.Usethespringpullertool
(O)tohookthelongendofthespringintothesquare
holeinthetongue.Thespringpullertoolcanbestored
whennished.
