Therepairor replacementofanywarrantedpart otherwiseeligiblefor warrantycoveragemaybe excludedfromsuch warrantycoverageif MTDConsumerGroup
Inc demonstratesthatthe outdoorequipmentenginehasbeenabused,neglected,orimproperlymaintained,and thatsuch abuse,neglect,or impropermainte-
nancewasthe direct causeof the needfor repairor replacementof the part.Thatnotwithstanding,anyadjustmentof a componentthat hasa factoryinstalled,
andproperlyoperating,adjustmentlimitingdeviceis still eligiblefor warrantycoverage.Further,the coverageunderthis warrantyextendsonly to partsthat were
presentonthe off-roadengineand equipmentpurchased.
