Inc demonstratesthatthe lawn mowerhasbeen abused,neglected,or improperlymaintained,andthat suchabuse,neglect,or impropermaintenancewasthe
directcauseof the needfor repairorreplacementofthepart. Thatnotwithstanding,anyadjustmentof a componentthat has a factoryinstalled,and properly
operating,adjustmentlimitingdeviceis still eligiblefor warrantycoverage.Thefollowingemissionwarrantypartsare covered:
