Therepairor replacementof anywarrantedpart otherwiseeligiblefor warrantycoveragemaybeexcludedfromsuch warrantycoverageif MTDConsumerGroup
Inc demonstratesthatthe outdoorequipmentenginehasbeenabused,neglected,orimproperlymaintained,and thatsuchabuse,neglect,or impropermainte-
nancewasthe direct causeof the needfor repairor replacementofthe part.Thatnotwithstanding,anyadjustmentof a componentthat hasa factoryinstalled,
and properlyoperating,adjustmentlimitingdeviceisstill eligible for warrantycoverage.Further,the coverageunderthis warrantyextendsonly to partsthat were
presentonthe off-roadengineand equipmentpurchased.
