3. Functional description
3.1 General
Model G-26 ovens are:
• Electrically heated
• Heated by infrared panels
• MenuSelect Operated
• Conveyorized
• Electronically controlled
3.2 Construction
The oven features stainless steel exterior and an aluminized steel oven chamber. The con-
veyor is a 40 centimetres wide stainless steel chain link belt. It is equipped with four
10 cm high adjustable legs, heat curtains, crumb trays and exit trays.
