7. Appendix A -- Re-Installing the
EXB Network
Management
Program
InstallShield does not always properly install a newer version of the
EXB
Network Management Software
program over an old version. If you are
installing an update for the program , you must remove the old version of the
program first. Follow these instructions:
1. Close the
EXB Network Management
program.
2. Remove the old version of the
EXB Network Management
program :
Start
Æ
Settings
Æ
Control Panel
Æ
Add/Remove Programs
-Select the
EXB Network Management
program.
-Hit Change/Remove.
-Select Remove
-Hit Next.
3. Install the
EXB Network Management
program using the steps in Section 4,
Software Installation.
